Team Malawi were the first foreign team to arrive in the UK ahead of the Summer Games. Braving the driving rain and much cooler conditions than at home, they got stuck into some training without delay.
PlanetSport visited them at their base at the University of Gloucester, and poolside in Cheltenham. We spoke to Swim Coach Jona Walesi, about his two swimmers, both hoping for best times and success in the final qualifying rounds.
